Clubs Minutes for Nov 10th.

 

NRHGPGC minutes for the monthly meeting 2nd Friday of the month at

                        Ballina Bowling Club

 10th.Nov.2017.

Attending   . Dan & Adelle,Peter & Petra.Jan & Glen,Mick,Gav.Kozzie,Tristian,Daniel,Matt,Mason,Shaun,Peter,Campbell,Asher,James Andrew.

No business to discuss  from last meeting.

 

Club expenditure

Re new website $1320……..Possums gate update $477.70……..Hampers for sites,$100 per site

James reminded the club, that the club does not  normally pay members for any work performed by them. However, as the website build is work for a specialist ,and, that this is a  great saving for the club ,which was  pointed out by Andrew.

Glen moved a motion for  above a/c’s to be paid, seconded by Glen Smith ,then, put to the votewith a show of hands, it was carried unanimously .

 

Andrew volunteered to deliver hampers to John at Possums and the landing area at Monties.

Irv to deliver hamper to “the dairy”

Glen( Neepsie)to deliver hamper to Laurel & Hardy.  

 

Christmas Party date and venue , to be organised by Peter Wagner and Jan Smith.

Flying Circus date and venue (probably Lennox.) Jan said to have everything ready

by mid December .

 

T Shirts

Asher has volunteered to organised a few mocks up of a new club T shirt ,which he will then be posting on our website for approval.  When finalised, you will be able to order and pay on site ..Remember no stock will be held by the club.
