“DolomitiSuperFly 2018 early enrollments from February”

Last year we organized the first edition of the DolomitiSuperFly, which was the first international “Hike and Fly” event made in Italy, inspired by the RedBull X-Alps. It was a successful event, with international pilots and followed from all over the world. Thanks to the enthusiasm and the support of the lovers of this sport, the DolomitiSuperFly OC decided to propose this event again. We are working for you and we can already announce some news!

The event will start in august, when weather conditions is “friendly” and mountains are crowded with tourists ready to support the participants.

The 2018 edition is “special”, since it is the centenary of the end of the First World War. The Dolomites were the theater of a war based on trenches, which are still visible. Therefore we have decided to trace the route in these places of memory, with a spirit of peace.

The participants must pass on the Turnpoints, located in some important places for history and fly. The itinerary is 250 km long, starts in Levico Terme and passes through the Lagorai mountain chain. Participants must reach the first Turnpoint in Canazei, go beyond the Three Peaks of Lavaredo and arrive at Sesto Pusteria, descend to the Grappa Peak and finish in Levico Terme.

This year the itinerary will be more technical than the one of the last year, the participants need to have all the “Hike and Fly” athlete characteristics in order to arrive to the finish line. It is also the last chance to show off for the selection of the RedBull X-Alps 2019!

Enrollments will open on 1st February, places are limited!!
