Minutes of 2021 AGM, 5 November 2021

The October Club meeting will include the AGM where all Exec/Committee positions will be vacated.

There is a lot of work to be done this season. In recognition of the effort, they put into the Club, fees are waived for executive members and the Club website maintainer.
We invite you to consider nominating to be a part of the NRHGPGC Committee. The elected Committee will then hold a committee meeting within 2 weeks and elect the following roles-

Executive-

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer

• Ordinary Members of the Committee (3 positions)

Please note that NOMINATIONS CLOSE Midnight, WEDNESDAY 13 October 2022.
 

Who can attend the AGM?

NRHGPGC welcomes the participation of all members, friends and family and registered visitors.

Who can vote at the AGM?

While NRHGPGC welcomes the attendance of members, friends and family and registered visitors. You must become a Full Financial Member of the NRHGPGC in order to cast a vote on any matter. Membership is $25. Please find a Membership Application form on the NRHGPGC website.

NRHGPGC’s outgoing committee look forward to your attendance and participation at our AGM.

Mullum Mug Discussion - First day of the Mullum Mug. All flights can be uploaded and reviewed on Ayvri for some bragging or excuses. 
Kynan will be discussing XC flying and what to look out for as well as giving an overview of his first PWC competition. 
Lachie will be conducting a VHF refresh and answering all your VHF-related questions.

The club will be providing limited Pizzas from the Italian Restaurant, Capiche. If you prefer and don't want pizzas we suggest booking a table at Capiche and having a meal at your expense.
